How do I place an order online?
Please check the menu bar for the Order Online section. This will take you directly to our online store. Simply select your Club tile and start adding products to your cart.
How do I enter my Club and player details?
Firstly, select your Club tile from the Shop page and add a product to your cart. Click on the shopping cart then follow the prompts to the checkout. Here, you will be asked to enter your contact details plus the player’s name, Club and age group.
When can I order online?
We are a pre-order service so most Clubs will have access to online ordering up to 14 days prior to the event and up to 48hr post-event.
Can I order in person on the day?
Yes! In most cases, administration staff will be available at the shoot to show you product samples, answer questions and take in-person payments. Cash and EFTPOS facilities are available.
Can I order over the phone?
Orders can be placed with our office by calling 0417 775 015. Credit card payments can be accepted over the phone or an invoice can be issued for a Bank Transfer. Please note that all payments must be received within the available ordering window to avoid the additional fees and charges applied to late orders.
Why am I being charged a late fee and/or postage fee?
Our competitive pricing and turnaround times rely on us editing, printing and delivering in bulk. Orders that come in once editing has commenced will incur a $10 late fee to enable your order to be processed and delivered with the rest of the Club orders. Any orders received after printing has commenced will incur an additional $12.95 postage and handling fee as these orders will miss the Club delivery and need to be sent directly to the customer.
Can I purchase my child’s individual image in digital format?
Your child’s individual image can be purchased in digital format once the print has been purchased, either as a standalone print or as part of a package. Digital images will be provided with your order on a White Line Images USB.
Can I purchase the team photo in digital format?
Team photos are not for sale in digital format. There are a number of reasons for this including concerns surrounding copyright infringement and privacy. For further information, please contact us directly.
Are the images I buy subject to copyright?
All prints purchased are subject to copyright and are sold strictly for personal or private use only. You cannot resell, copy or republish the prints in any way, without the prior written permission of White Line Images. You are not granted permission to on-sell or on-license any photograph, image, graphics, illustration or other material presented as a print or digital image for commercial gain.
